Hot Pot City is a restaurant that provides a unique dining experience for its customers. Patrons may select their own ingredients and cook them at their own table. Each table is provided with a burner, grill and hot pot, to allow them to cook to their own perfection.
They may grill their own fresh meats such as beef, pork, chicken, and seafood or create their own soup (hot pot) with fresh vegetables and noodles, such as spinach, mushrooms, udon, etc. The fresh meats and vegetables are priced per plate and are stored in display refrigerators where customers may take as much as they desire at their own leisure.
Steamed white rice is complimentary and refills for fountain drinks are at no additional charge. Additional specialty drinks, such as fresh orange juice, thai iced tea, are also offered. For those customers who would like to accompany their meal with beer and wine, a select menu will be provided. Once the dining experience is finished, the number of plates and drinks are tallied and customers are charged accordingly.

"Lively and packed with families, this tabletop barbecue and hot-pot spot represents Little Saigon's growing interest in various Asian cuisines. Recommended dishes: rib-eye beef plate; marinated pork plate; fresh okra; fresh mushroom plate; noodle and vegetable plate for the hotpot."

"I'm used to the Thai style of Hot Pots where you get a big boiling bowl of broth in the middle of the table and Korean style where you get one shared grill for everyone. I loved how this place combines the two together. One pot in the middle, with a grill circling it, with dividers on the grill breaking it into smaller grills..."

"This isn't quite like your other asian cook yourself buffets. Here, the food is in the fridge, placed nicely onto individual sized plates, kind of like a sushi restaurant river where you pay by the plate. Meats and veggies are VERY fresh. Ask for the spicey soup when they are setting you up, its the only way to go. Remember to only grab what you need because you are paying for everything you grab. "
